Welcome to our in-person and live online yoga classes. Before you begin your yoga journey with us, please read and agree to the following terms of service:
Registration and Attendance: To participate in our in-person or live online yoga classes, you must register and provide accurate and up-to-date information. By registering, you acknowledge that you are in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would prevent you from safely participating in the classes. It is your responsibility to inform the instructor of any health concerns or limitations.
Payment and Cancellation: Payment for in-person classes is typically made at the time of registration or at the beginning of the class. For live online classes, payment is typically made prior to the scheduled session. Cancellation policies, including any applicable fees or refund policies, will be provided during the registration process or on our website.
Code of Conduct: We strive to create a safe and respectful environment for all participants. We expect all individuals to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes respect, inclusivity, and kindness. Any behavior that is disrespectful, discriminatory, or disruptive may result in immediate expulsion from the class without refund.

By participating in our in-person or live online classes, you acknowledge and assume the inherent risks involved. You agree that the instructor or facility is not liabile for injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during or as a result of your participation.
Health and Safety: Your health and safety are of utmost importance to us. We expect all participants to adhere to any health and safety guidelines, rules, or regulations provided by the instructor or the facility. Please inform the instructor of any injuries, health concerns, or physical limitations before the class.
Recording and Distribution: Unauthorized recording, photography, or distribution of our in-person or live online classes is strictly prohibited. You may not record, share, or distribute any part of the classes without prior written permission from us.
Modifications and Changes: We reserve the right to modify or cancel classes, change instructors, adjust schedules, or make other changes as necessary. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of any changes in advance.
Personal Belongings: You are solely responsible for your personal belongings during in-person classes. We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
