Immune Boosting Juice

An immune boosting juice recipe that I love! This recipe has been inspired by the M&S immune support shots which I used to get all the time. Hence why I thought I should start making my own!

If you’re like me and don’t have a juicer, just blend it all up and run it through a sieve. It’s a bit more effort but it still works.

This recipe makes roughly one and a quarter litres.

Oranges x12
Lemons x2
A handful of ginger
5 teaspoons turmeric
3 cracks of black pepper.

A little bit more information on why I have added each of these ingredients and why they are good for supporting your immune system.

Citrus fruits such as oranges and lemons 🍋 are packed full of Vitamin C. They increase the production of white bloods cells which helps you to fight viruses.
Ginger is great for anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.
Turmeric is also an anti-inflammatory and enhances your anti body response.
Black pepper will enhances the absorption of the turmeric.
