My current favourite wellness products

I love finding and using products that are going to make me feel good, improve my wellness and help me stay motivated/active. Here, I share my current favourite wellness products including skin care, yoga mats and running gear.

GRP Manduka Yoga Mat

Honestly, the best yoga mat I have ever used. I love this mat so much, the grip is incredible, it’s squishy, super comfy and amazing to practice on. It is on the heavier side but is completely worth it. If you’re looking to invest in a yoga mat then this is the one you should invest in!

I am an affiliate with Manduka but would only suggest to you products that I truly believe in. If you use my code at checkout: BETHANYROSE this will get you 15% off your order.

Caudalíe Paris Exfoliante

I’ve been on the hunt for a good exfoliator for a while and have finally come across one that works. This exfoliator really cleans out the pours and my skin feels so soft after. Perfect for using after you cleanse.

Lululemon & Adanola Shorts

Spring is just around the corner and these two shorts are my absolute go to too for spring/summer activities. I wear them for work outs, yoga, walking, running everything active and live in them for the summer months. They both have super buttery soft material.

H&M Running Rain Coat

This coat is great for running in the colder weather and rain. I used to run in sweaters which were just heavy and got even heavier in the rain, so this jacket was a game changer. It’s nice and light, comfy and at a really reasonable price for a running coat.

Garnier Hydrating Sheet Masks

I have been using these for years and are the only masks I really use. My husband first brought me one for Christmas a few years ago, since then I have been using them ever since. They are super hydrating and give you that post natural glossy glow.
